Terms and Conditions
Once the online reservation is made, Diamond Stay will charge your credit card directly for both the total amount indicated by the system and the number of nights you specified; this charge will appear on your bank statement as “Luxury Hotel Venezuela”; once the payment you have agreed to make to the bank is authorized, the system will generate the invoice and the reservation confirmation number, which will be automatically sent to you via email to the address you provided. If you have any questions regarding the payment method for your reservation, please contact Diamond Stay via email at: billing@diamondstay.com
At check-in, you must present: your ID or passport, and the credit card used to book the trip. If the credit cardholder is not present, you must provide a copy of their ID or passport, along with a signed authorization form from the cardholder.
If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact us at +58 212-2121157 / WhatsApp +58 424-2515529 or via email at reservas@lidotel.com.ve, where our staff will assist you with availability and any other information you may need. If you wish to cancel your reservation without penalty, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to the check-in date; otherwise, the hotel is authorized to charge for the first night as a no-show. If the reservation was made during high season, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount for the entire stay, without exception.
Reservations are non-transferable at all hotels in the Lidotel chain; once a reservation has been made, it cannot be transferred to another hotel in the chain.
