Lidotel Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
• The benefits offered by this program are subject to availability and require a reservation made at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date through our Reservations Center at e-mailreservas@lidoteltest.legendsoft.com.ve during the following hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• The benefits of the loyalty program are available only to the member and may not be transferred to third parties.
• The benefits provided by this program will be determined based on the member’s tier (Classic, Gold, or Platinum).
• The benefits offered by this program can be enjoyed at the location of your choice, subject to availability.
• Points may be redeemed for a maximum of 2 consecutive nights and 2 rooms per stay.
• For redeeming points on long stays (10 nights or more), the maximum per week is 2 consecutive nights and 2 rooms per stay.
• Points are updated at checkout, with the total amount spent on room charges and food and beverages—as shown on the final bill (excluding VAT)—credited to the member’s Loyalty account.
• The benefits provided by the program may not be exchanged for cash or any other service not specified in the terms and conditions.
• You can check your accumulated points and the benefits offered by the program by emailing reservas@lidoteltest.legendsoft.com.ve and/or calling the Reservations Center at 0212-2121157.
• The Lidotel Venezuela chain reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time, as well as to change its duration, without prior notice.
• The Lidotel Venezuela chain reserves the right to exclude from the program any members who fail to comply with the established terms and conditions or the standards of conduct expected at five-star hotels, or who pose a danger and/or cause a disturbance on the premises.
